7 bed rooms and 1 office of carpet. Plus 1100 sf of tile and grout. Now that’s a workout! We covered a whole lot of square footage this afternoon, and it was actually pretty fun. This house was huge, and had a real cool lay out. Say bye bye to stinky carpet and stains, these floors have been brought back to life! The grout was black! Solid black! Today’s customers were so nice! A special thank you to them and the best of luck to them as well with whatever they end up wanting to do with this home. It’s stunning, and I’m blessed to have been chosen to clean the floors at this property. The area rug was rejuvenated, the colors popped back into vibrancy and all odor was eliminated. 260 lockers and a full gym worth the equipment to sanitize and disinfect , plus 4200 sf of commercial carpeting to clean. 400 micro fiber cloths, 6 gallons of carpet pre spray, 2 gallons of Bioesque disinfectant solution, 8 magic erasers and 10 hours later we were dumping that waste tank baby! As you can tell by this absolutely stunning chunk of real estate this customer paid a lot for this pool spa. With that being said, this leak has been an unnecessary expense he wasn’t willing to deal with any longer. According to the home owner the pool was losing roughly 3/4 of an inch in a 24 hour time period. Anything over 1/4 of an inch in a 24 time period is considered a leak so I knew we were on to something based off the little information provided. After a thorough inspection I found a 1/8 of an inch hole hiding on the bottom of a return in the spa. He also had two cracks running down the pool side of the spa into the pool itself. Today I was able to put an end to these leaks and leave the customer smiling ear to ear knowing this was no longer going to hinder him and his family’s use of their pool this summer. A very special thank you to today’s customers! What a treat to work in such a beautiful development. Today’s job consisted of 6 bedrooms of carpet, a sectional, and a sofa. Well... at least originally! Ya see..... upon walking into this customers home, which mind you was absolutely stunning. I noticed the grout was solid black. However the carpet and couches in which I was called upon to clean really weren’t that dirty. It was just owned previously by someone else and they wanted to it to be clean before they began using the furniture. Understandable. Anyways I went ahead and cleaned the carpet and upholstery which came out marvelous as always. Then.... I creeped into the kitchen and really brought out the ole sales pitch lol. Not to be cunning, but they mentioned someone else’s filth being reason for the scheduled visit. Well.... this tile is the worst aspect of that. And it wasn’t even mentioned? Anyways... I take it upon myself to simply clean 4 tiles with their respective grout lines in front of the dish washer. I then went and grabbed the new homeowner and showed them the difference. You guessed it! I then did the entire home of tile and grout and it came out so pretty. A big shout out to the “Steam Demon” AKA my work truck. She ran hard and put some hours on her this afternoon but the quality of that finished product was brag worthy. Is your carpet and or upholstery stained? Stinky? Just ran down? Every now n then we enjoy a challenge over here at Precision. Today we were blessed with just that. These carpets were soiled! You name it, this carpet had it. Urine, throw up, food, grease, soda, marker, crayon.... I could probably keep going but I’m sure you get it. The key here was patience. I allowed my chemical to dwell almost twice as long as I usually do, meanwhile allowing the lines to heat up. We also cranked up the presssure a little, these stains were certainly stubborn and we didn’t want to take them lightly. The outcome was fantastic!! This was carpet restoration folks, not cleaning. The owner figured he would give it a shot before tearing it up and it was a great choice! We delivered, and the new tenant was thrilled to move in. Thinking that carpet is on its last leg?
